Passport and ID photos at Hibbard Photography are taken in a calm studio environment in Harlow, Essex, using professional lighting and guidance to help ensure the image meets current UK passport photo requirements.

These sessions are quick and straightforward for both adults and children. Clear guidance is provided during the photograph so that the correct head position, expression, and framing are achieved. The aim is to make the process easy while still producing a clean, professional image suitable for passport applications, driving licences, visas, and other identification documents.
Children and babies are also welcome. Extra patience is always taken with younger children to help capture an appropriate image without the stress that can sometimes happen in photo booths or busy shops.

While acceptance cannot be formally guaranteed due to government processing requirements, a free reshoot will be offered if the photograph is declined due to the image itself.
